Rates are per apartment per night and include a 4 seater buggy (normally $90 rental fee per day), exclusive valet transfers to and from the airport or ferry to your luxury apartment and a bottle of champagne on arrival. Children incur no extra charge. 

Peak times:

• Hammo Cup (25-28 June 09. Outrigging event)
• H.I Race week (22-29 August 09)
  
• September/October School holidays
• Christmas, New years and Summer School Holidays.

If you book on-line for a period that starts before a peak time and extends into a peak period, the on-line booking system does not calculate the peak rate. Therefore, a Hamilton Island Accommodation Deals assistant will contact you to confirm the correct rate.

Buggies:

Buggies are complimentary and are confiscated if driven recklessly or damaged. All damage costs will be covered by the guest. If the buggy needs servicing during your stay, every endeavour is made to return it to you as soon as possible.

Internet:

There are several options. There is internet usage in Reefview hotel, or pay $2.50 for 15 mins at the NEC office or bring your laptop with internet compatability and for $10 you have an hour free air time at any hotspot.

We accept: direct bank deposits (preferred and no fee charge) and the following credit cards:

There is a 20% deposit on booking, with full payment due 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:

The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date in the same apartment provinding we are notified more than 30 days prior to your original booking date commencing. The balance is non-refundable. The only exception is if the booking can be replaced. Please choose your apartment carefully as there is no facility to transfer between apartments.

It is against regulations to sleep more people in an apartment than is shown. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
